POP3 protocol

Contents of the e-mail

This field allows modifying the text of the message received when a virus is detected in an e-mail. EXAMPLE Your Stormshield Network firewall has detected a virus in this e-mail - the embedded antivirus has cleaned it; infected attachments were removed.

SMTP protocol

SMTP error code	Restricted to 3 digits, this field allows defining the error code that the SMTP server will receive when a virus is detected in a sent e-mail. EXAMPLE 554
Accompanying message	This field contains the message that will be sent to the SMTP server when a virus is detected. EXAMPLE 5.7.1 Virus detected.

FTP protocol

FTP error code	Restricted to 3 digits, this field contains the error code that the user or the FTP server will receive when a virus is detected in a transferred file. EXAMPLE 425
Accompanying message	This spot is reserved for the message that will be sent with the error code when a virus is detected while sending / receiving a file to / from an FTP server. EXAMPLE Virus detected. Transfer aborted.
