Saving opened sessions in the Event Viewer
To generate session opening logs (corresponding to ID 4624 in the Event Viewer) that SN SSO Agent relies on to detect a new authentication, check that the audit logon policy has been enabled.
- Go to the following menu: Server Manager > Tools > Local Security Policy > Advanced Audit Policy Configuration > System Audit Policies – Local Group Policy Object > Logon/Logoff > Audit Logon.
- Select all three checkboxes in the Policy tab.
