SNS version 4.3.36 LTSB bug fixes

NOTE
As announced in the version 3.5.35 LTSB release notes, the fix regarding the maximum number of hosts on the SNS firewall has been removed. It will be reviewed and included in a future version.

EVAs are now correctly deployed on Microsoft Hyper-V and KVM hypervisors. This regression appeared in SNS version 4.3.32 LTSB.
