Update an address/mask of an interface
Usage
ifname=<interface name> (refaddress=<old address> | addrnb=<index>) address=<new address> mask=<new mask> [addresscomment=<comment>]

Only "real" addresses are allowed. DHCP mode must be set with CONFIG NETWORK INTERFACE ADDRESS ADD command.
