Description

Set global parameters for every TS agents or the feature.
ResponseTimeSec once reached, defines that an agent is declared as not responding.
LogoutTimeSec can be reached after an agent does not respond, once reached the users logged from the agent are logged out.

Remark

Remember to activate the configuration.

Usage

ResponseTimeSec=<seconds (1-60)>
LogoutTimeSec=<seconds (5-43200)>
