Deploying .qcow2 files in the Proxmox virtual environment

The smc-x.x.x-kvm.tar.gz archive contains two .qcow files:

• smc-system.qcow2,
• product-data.qcow2.

1. Open the Proxmox VE hypervisor and create a new virtual machine.

2. Select the file smc-system.qcow2 as the main partition.

3. Select the file product-data.qcow2 as the backup partition.

4. Complete the deployment process.

5. Confirm, then connect to the machine.
