Requirements

To migrate to SES Evolution 2.7.1, you must meet at least the following prerequisites:

• SES Evolution 2.6.x must be installed on all backoffice components: agent handlers, backends and administration consoles.

• The following Runtimes in the latest version 8.0.x must be installed on machines hosting agent handlers. Use the links below to download version 8.0.11:

  • ASP.NET Core 8.0.x

  • Desktop Runtime .NET 8.0.x

• If you are using a firewall, its configuration must be updated to reflect the communication port changes made in version 2.7.1. For more information, see Configuring the firewall.
