Configuring the parameters of agent handlers

After an agent handler is installed, it will automatically appear in the Agent handlers panel in the administration console. By default, it belongs to an agent handler group named New Group (agent handler_name).

1. Choose the BackOffice > Agent handlers menu.
2. Select the agent handler from the left panel.
3. Click on Edit in the upper banner.
4. Change the default Name of this agent handler if necessary.
5. Click on Save in the upper banner.
