I forgot my password
- If you forgot your password, contact your SDS for C&M Helpdesk. You will be given a temporary password.
- When you log in to the SDS for C&M client, click on the Change password link. The Expired password page appears.
- In the Old password field, enter the temporary password that you received from your SDS for C&M Helpdesk.
- In the Password and Confirm password fields, enter a new password of your choice.
- Click on Change password.
Your new password is saved, and you can use it for your next connection.
