I forgot my password

  1. If you forgot your password, contact your SDS for C&M Helpdesk. You will be given a temporary password.
  2. When you log in to the SDS for C&M client, click on the Change password link. The Expired password page appears.
  3. In the Old password field, enter the temporary password that you received from your SDS for C&M Helpdesk.
  4. In the Password and Confirm password fields, enter a new password of your choice.
  5. Click on Change password.
    Your new password is saved, and you can use it for your next connection.
