Changes made to protected files could not be saved.

You were:

  • modifying a file protected with Stormshield Data Security for Cloud & Mobility, or
  • moving a file to a synchronized shared space in which automatic protection has been enabled,

when you were logged out of SDS for C&M or the workstation suddenly shut down. Protection was therefore disrupted.

The next time you open the protected file or the next time you log in to your SDS for C&M account, a window will prompt you to save and protect your changes or delete them.
