Stormshield commits to providing maintenance and technical support on firewalls until the end of their life cycles (End of Life). The End of Life date has been set to 5 years from the End of Sales date. The provisions in our General sales and service terms and conditions prevail over any other document, including this life cycle document. Please refer to them to find out the latest applicable conditions.

Stormshield does not guarantee the compatibility of new major and minor updates with products that are past their End of Sales dates, even if they have not reached their End of Life phase.

If a firewall model stops being compatible with a new release (major or minor), the latest LTSB version that supports this model will continue to benefit from maintenance, and remain compatible for this model until it enters its End of Life phase.
