EAL4+ certified versions

EAL4+ certiifed versions are supported for the entire duration of the certification. However, if a new corrective version on the same branch is EAL4+ certified, the previous version will only be supported for 6 months after this new certification. This 6-month overlap is intended to allow clients to migrate their installations to the new certified version of the same branch. This support includes problem analysis and, if necessary, the provision of workaround solutions.
