Compatibility matrices of SLS versions

This section presents the compatibility matrices of SLS versions.

SLS comes as standard deployment images, which can be used across various virtualization platforms and cloud environments, including VMware ESXi, Microsoft Hyper-V, AWS EC2 and Microsoft Azure.

For some environments, dedicated images are available and recommended:

• OVA image for VMware ESXi,
• VHD image for Microsoft Hyper-V,
• VHD image for Microsoft Azure (on request via support),
• AMI image for AWS EC2 (on request via support).

These images are specifically prepared for these platforms and offer better integration than the generic ISO image.

Stormshield does not officially certify or recommend any particular hypervisor or virtualization platform. SLS support covers issues related to the operation and performance of the deployment images provided. It is the responsibility of each organization to validate the compatibility and performance of SLS in its own production environment.
